In her own words

"I believe that healing is not about fixing what's broken — it's about understanding what's been protecting you. Every pattern, even the ones causing pain, once made sense."

I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at University College London, with a focus on anxiety and stress regulation. Over 12 years, I’ve worked across NHS settings, private practice, and corporate wellbeing programmes — supporting people from high-achieving professionals navigating burnout, to individuals rebuilding their lives after loss.

My approach is collaborative and tailored. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices — always guided by what you actually need, not a prescribed model.

Anxiety disorders

Generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety — building calm from the inside out.

Burnout & stress

For those running on empty. Recovery, boundary-setting, and reconnecting with purpose.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Evidence-based skills to interrupt unhelpful thought cycles and build lasting change.

Self-esteem & identity

Exploring who you are beneath the roles and expectations — with gentleness and honesty.

Life transitions

Navigating change — career shifts, relationships, loss, parenthood — with clarity and support.

Mindfulness-based therapy

Grounding practices woven into therapy — presence, awareness, and the body's wisdom.

  1. We start with safety

The first sessions are about establishing trust and understanding your world. There’s no agenda beyond making space for you to feel genuinely heard.

  2. We map the patterns

Together we begin to understand the patterns showing up in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Not to judge them, but to understand where they came from.

  3. We build new tools

Drawing on CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, we develop practical strategies that work for your specific life.
